In and out in just over an hour. Easy

Ka-Tari was great in explaining what was going to happen and gave updates along the way.

Needed a last minute inspection, didn't need an appointment. Mechanics were open and honest.

Dana Shiflett checked me in, she was polite and professional. The service I requested, state inspection, oil change and rotate tires were completed as requested. I had also asked for the engine air filter be changed because the engine display kept telling me it needed replaced but the mechanic saw that it was clean and did not need to be replaced. I appreciate the mechanic' honesty for this. I am pleased and grateful for a car shop that has professionalism, integrity and honesty.

Had an oil change and tire rotation the price was reasonable ,staff great, however they need to do something about the hour and a half wait. That’s my only complaint .

Wonderful

Service was fine. I was frustrated with the new AI phone response system. Please keep a human being in the loop for communication. The AI phone tree game of pretending you care does not work for me. Having an AI voice assuring me that you care does nothing to help my confidence that you’re interested in satisfying the customer.

As always, Ka-Tari Brown and the GMC service team were courteous, professional, and thorough in providing an excellent service experience.
