Big shout out to Chan and Joey for rolling out the red carpet for my recent visit. They both made me feel at home and took action immediately for my service visit. I was very impressed with all the smiles I saw in the service drive, they truly are all amazing. Special kudos to Todd Wheeler for allowing me his office space to work while I was there. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and picked it up Friday. I called 6 times one day to see how they are doing. The technician was still working on the problem. I called more than once again. Finally they said I could pick up the car on Friday. It all started when I brought the car in because my cruise control did not work. I checked it on the way back home after picking up the car and it was working. The problem was the communication was awful. I did leave messages and nobody called me back. The service manager said his phone was not working. I brought my car in on Tuesday and waited to hear back for an hour and a half hoping they could solve the problem and go home. I was not bothered about waiting. The person who drove me home was very nice. I think they should have called me every morning just to say they have not solved the problem they were working on it. The plus side is I forgot to tell them to do an oil change and they did get that done before I picked up my auto. I was not billed for any work they did on my cruise control but the information I received contradicted the statements made to me. The biggest problem was the communication. I can say I felt it was non existent. I will probably continue to come to your dealership for service but do not expect me to recommend it to anybody else. Thank you David continue to g
