The guess of how much it cost was off by about 40 percent. I think your people should understand the difference between Durastop brakes and OEM brakes. I asked the question if my brakes would be OEM and he said it would be. When it was finished and we paid I checked his numbers and all but one was Durastop. Yes I understand OEM are even more expensive but I should have been given a choice. I am probably the only customer who might no the difference because I have been a GM dealer and an ACDelco distributor. I also still have a contract with GM International. I have been in this business for over 50 years. I understand that 99 percent of your customers would not asked the question I asked but if anybody does ask that question you have to figure they are familiar with the GM brake lines and they should be smart enough to answer the question correctly. I really never realized the mark-up was also one hundred percent on parts. I guess this is quite normal for Dealers but I was really never involved when we owned a dealership. All the prices are on our computer systems Thank you David Mike

I've been coming to Colonial for my oil change for 6 years, since I bought my GMC Acadia there. I went in yesterday for my oil change and it took them over 2 hours to complete, while I waited. I always schedule my appointments first thing in the morning so this kind of thing doesn't happen. They told me it would take an hour, but obviously overbooked or did other people's cars first. Then when I went to checkout, the total was $83 instead of the 59.99 package I have previously gotten. When I questioned the price increase, I was snapped at and told that oil prices have gone up. I feel it would have been appropriate for someone to tell me upon scheduling the service, or even when I checked in, that there had been a 25% price increase. I did not bring enough money due to this, and instead had to put it on my credit card. I will not go there again for service, or to purchase my next vehicle in 6 months.
